Everin LLC ("Everin," "we," "us," or "our") operates a technology and wellness platform that connects individuals with independent licensed healthcare professionals for telehealth consultations and access to physician-guided wellness protocols.

Everin is not a medical provider, hospital, clinic, or healthcare system. All medical services are provided by independent licensed physicians who operate at their sole clinical discretion.

Before accessing medical services, you must provide explicit informed consent by individually selecting all required consent checkboxes. Consent cannot be pre-filled or assumed. Required consents include agreement to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Telehealth Informed Consent, and consent to electronic communications.

Everin operates on a cash-pay basis only. Services are not billed to insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. All pricing is disclosed transparently before enrollment. You are solely responsible for payment of all fees associated with your use of the platform.

Certain services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. See our Subscription Terms for full details.

Your prescription belongs to you. You have the right to transfer your prescription to any licensed pharmacy at any time at no charge. Everin will never restrict or charge for prescription transfers.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. Providing false or misleading information — particularly on medical intake forms — may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose serious health risks.

All content on the Everin platform, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Everin LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Everin platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Everin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any medical services obtained through it. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Everin in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
