Telehealth refers to the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications, including asynchronous (store-and-forward) review of health information submitted through secure online intake forms. Through the Everin platform, independent licensed physicians review your health intake and, when clinically appropriate, issue prescriptions for compounded medications.
Telehealth services are not a substitute for in-person medical care. Some conditions cannot be safely evaluated or treated via telehealth.

You understand that all medical services provided through the Everin platform are delivered by independent licensed healthcare professionals. Everin is not a medical provider and does not employ, supervise, or control the physicians who review your intake. No doctor-patient relationship exists between you and Everin.
The physician's decision to issue or withhold a prescription is made solely at their clinical discretion and is final.
Your health information is protected under HIPAA and handled in accordance with our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. All data transmitted through the Everin platform is encrypted using SSL and stored in HIPAA-compliant systems. See our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice for full details.
Everin's telehealth services are not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use the Everin platform or communication channels to seek emergency care.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to telehealth services at any time by contacting us at info@tryeverin.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect care already provided. If you withdraw consent, you may no longer be able to access Everin's telehealth services.
If a prescription is issued following your telehealth consultation, you have the right to transfer that prescription to any licensed pharmacy at any time at no charge. Everin will never restrict or charge for prescription transfers.
