An independent licensed physician reviews your intake within 48 hours. If clinically appropriate, they design a personalised peptide protocol tailored to your physiology, goals, and health baseline. Not all patients will receive a prescription.

PHARMACEUTICAL-GRADE DELIVERY

Your prescribed compounds are dispensed by a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to you. All medications require a valid prescription. Everin does not manufacture, compound, or dispense medications.

Is Everin a medical provider?

No. Everin is a technology and wellness platform. All medical services are provided by independent licensed physicians. No doctor-patient relationship exists between you and Everin.

Does Everin accept insurance?

No. Everin operates on a cash-pay model only. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. All pricing is listed transparently on our Pricing page.

What if I'm not approved for a prescription?

Your physician may determine that telehealth or peptide therapy is not appropriate for your situation. You will not be charged for services not rendered and will be advised to seek in-person care.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email info@tryeverin.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription" before your next renewal date. Processed within 2 business days. See our Subscription Terms for full details.

Is my health information secure?

Yes. All intake and health data is handled through HIPAA-compliant systems with SSL encryption and access controls. See our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice for details.

How long does physician review take?

Most reviews are completed within 48 hours of a complete intake submission. Complex cases or those requiring additional information may take longer.
