Certain Everin protocols and services are offered on a recurring subscription basis ("Subscription"). Subscriptions provide ongoing access to physician-guided protocols, compounded medications at scheduled intervals, and Everin's concierge support services.

By enrolling in an Everin Subscription, you:

Subscription billing cycles vary by protocol. Standard cycles are every 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or 12 weeks as specified at enrollment. Current protocol pricing:

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will not receive a separate notification before each renewal — it is your responsibility to cancel if you do not wish to renew.

To ensure medication continuity, renewal processing may begin up to 5 days before your scheduled renewal date.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by:

Cancellations are processed within 2 business days. You will receive written confirmation. If a charge has already processed for the current cycle, cancellation takes effect at the end of that billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the current cycle except where required by law.

Subscription enrollment does not guarantee automatic prescription renewal. All prescription refills require ongoing physician review and approval. Your Provider may request updated health information before approving a refill. If a prescription renewal is not approved, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified.

Everin may offer a pause option for select subscriptions. If available, you may pause your Subscription for up to 60 days. Pausing does not cancel your Subscription — charges resume automatically when the pause period ends.

Everin reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price change at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. If a charge fails, Everin may retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Customers residing in California have additional rights under the California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) and Consumer Legal Remedies Act. These include the right to cancel automatic renewals at any time and to receive a full refund of the most recent charge if Everin fails to provide the required disclosures.
