EVERIN LLC
Refund Policy
Last Updated: March 26, 2026
IMPORTANT — Due to the nature of compounded pharmaceutical products and physician-directed care, refunds are limited. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any Everin protocol.
01.
Compounded Medications

Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you based on a physician's prescription. Because they are custom-made and cannot be resold or reused, all dispensed compounded medications are non-refundable once shipped, regardless of whether the package has been opened.

This policy is consistent with state and federal pharmacy regulations governing compounded pharmaceutical products.

02.
When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

A prescription is not issued by the physician following your medical intake — applicable service fees will be refunded
Your order was charged but medication was never dispensed or shipped
You received the wrong medication or incorrect dosage due to pharmacy or Everin error
Medication arrived damaged or compromised due to shipping failure
You cancelled your subscription before the renewal charge was processed
03.
When Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Medication has been dispensed and shipped, regardless of whether it has been used
You experience side effects or the protocol does not produce expected results
You change your mind after a prescription has been issued and medication compounded
You failed to cancel before your subscription renewal date
Delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside Everin's control
04.
Physician Consultation Fees

If a physician consultation fee is charged and the physician does not issue a prescription, the consultation fee will be refunded in full. If a prescription is issued but you choose not to proceed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

05.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive damaged, compromised, or incorrect medication, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@tryeverin.com with your order details and photographic evidence. We will coordinate with the pharmacy to replace the medication or issue a refund at our discretion.

06.
Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle. If you cancel after a renewal charge has processed but before medication has shipped, contact us immediately at info@tryeverin.com — we will make reasonable efforts to stop the order.

07.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Everin is not responsible for delays on the part of payment processors or banks.

08.
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@tryeverin.com with:

Your full name and email address on file
The protocol and order in question
The reason for your refund request
Supporting documentation if applicable (photos, tracking info)

All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. You will receive written confirmation of the outcome.

09.
California Consumer Rights

California residents may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights granted under California law. Contact us at info@tryeverin.com if you have questions about your rights as a California consumer.
