If a physician consultation fee is charged and the physician does not issue a prescription, the consultation fee will be refunded in full. If a prescription is issued but you choose not to proceed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
If you receive damaged, compromised, or incorrect medication, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@tryeverin.com with your order details and photographic evidence. We will coordinate with the pharmacy to replace the medication or issue a refund at our discretion.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle. If you cancel after a renewal charge has processed but before medication has shipped, contact us immediately at info@tryeverin.com — we will make reasonable efforts to stop the order.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Everin is not responsible for delays on the part of payment processors or banks.
