EVERIN LLC
Prescription Policy
Last Updated: March 26, 2026
IMPORTANT — All medications dispensed through the Everin platform require a valid prescription issued by an independent licensed physician following clinical evaluation. Everin does not prescribe medications. No prescription is guaranteed.
01.
Prescription Requirement

All peptide therapies and compounded medications available through the Everin platform are prescription-only products. A valid prescription from an independent licensed physician is required before any medication can be dispensed or shipped.

Everin does not and cannot prescribe medications. Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the independent licensed physicians who review patient intakes through the platform.

02.
Physician Evaluation

Before a prescription can be issued, each patient must complete a comprehensive medical intake and be evaluated by an independent licensed physician. The physician will review:

Your complete health history and current medications
Your stated wellness goals and areas of focus
Clinical appropriateness of the requested protocol
Any contraindications or risk factors
Lab work results, if required

Not all patients will receive a prescription. The physician's determination is final and made independently of Everin.

03.
Informed Consent

Before a prescription is issued, patients must provide explicit informed consent. This includes:

Agreement to the Terms of Service
Agreement to the Privacy Policy
Telehealth Informed Consent
Consent to electronic communications

All consent checkboxes must be individually selected by the patient. None may be pre-filled or pre-selected on behalf of the patient.

04.
Compounded Medications

All medications dispensed through the Everin platform are compounded pharmaceutical products prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are:

Not FDA-approved drug products
Prepared pursuant to a valid individual prescription
Sourced exclusively from licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies
Subject to the quality and testing standards of the dispensing pharmacy

Everin does not manufacture, compound, or directly dispense any medications.

05.
Prescription Transfer Rights

Your prescription belongs to you. You have the right to request transfer of your prescription to any licensed pharmacy at any time, at no charge to you. To request a prescription transfer, contact us at info@tryeverin.com with the subject line "Prescription Transfer Request."

Everin will never restrict, delay, or charge for prescription transfers. This right is protected under applicable federal and state law.

06.
Prescription Renewals

Prescription renewals are not automatic. Each renewal cycle requires physician review and approval. The physician may request updated health information, labs, or a follow-up consultation before approving a refill. If a renewal is not approved, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified.

07.
Prohibited Uses

Medications dispensed through the Everin platform are prescribed for individual patient use only. The following are strictly prohibited:

Sharing, selling, or transferring prescribed medications to any other person
Using medications for any purpose other than as prescribed
Providing false or misleading information on your medical intake
Attempting to obtain prescriptions through multiple providers simultaneously without disclosure
08.
Denial of Service

Everin and its affiliated physicians reserve the right to decline service to any patient for any lawful reason, including but not limited to clinical unsuitability, provision of false information, or safety concerns. Decisions to decline service are made at the sole discretion of the independent physician.

09.
