All peptide therapies and compounded medications available through the Everin platform are prescription-only products. A valid prescription from an independent licensed physician is required before any medication can be dispensed or shipped.
Everin does not and cannot prescribe medications. Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the independent licensed physicians who review patient intakes through the platform.

Your prescription belongs to you. You have the right to request transfer of your prescription to any licensed pharmacy at any time, at no charge to you. To request a prescription transfer, contact us at info@tryeverin.com with the subject line "Prescription Transfer Request."
Everin will never restrict, delay, or charge for prescription transfers. This right is protected under applicable federal and state law.
Prescription renewals are not automatic. Each renewal cycle requires physician review and approval. The physician may request updated health information, labs, or a follow-up consultation before approving a refill. If a renewal is not approved, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified.
Medications dispensed through the Everin platform are prescribed for individual patient use only. The following are strictly prohibited:
Everin and its affiliated physicians reserve the right to decline service to any patient for any lawful reason, including but not limited to clinical unsuitability, provision of false information, or safety concerns. Decisions to decline service are made at the sole discretion of the independent physician.
